Shipping policy

• UK courier companies are 48 hours delivery for heavy packages
• Note this is not a guarantee, especially with covid, delays are rare but can happen
• Please allow for the time of day your order is placed
• Some items may be 2-5 working days depending on your location or the courier company used, this is out of our control
• All deliveries are made by an insured courier company
• For 48 hour Delivery Orders must be placed before 12pm
• Orders made after 12pm are processed on the following working day
• Orders made after 12pm Friday are processed on the following Monday
• Any items returned under our money back guarantee MUST be returned in all original wrapping and unused, otherwise returns will fall under our comprehensive warranty   
• Delivery times may vary for the following areas: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man - you may have to wait 2 to 3 working days for your delivery
